Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely, ensuring vendor invoices are matched and approved.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable by preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in the company’s accounting system, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to support monthly closing activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to verify billing and payment details related to flooring projects.
  • Assist with payroll data entry and other administrative accounting tasks as needed.
  • Generate financial reports to support management decision-making and track key performance indicators.
  • Continuously improve accounting processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
