Key Responsibilities Review and analyze advertisement content for clarity, brand alignment, and design quality. Provide constructive feedback to the creative team to improve ad performance and audience engagement. Maintain detailed logs of ad views and offer insights based on viewer reactions and impressions. Ensure timely and quality evaluations of advertisements, meeting all deadlines. Collaborate with multiple departments to align advertising strategies with marketing goals. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss projects and present findings. Assist in training new team members on ad viewing processes and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with advertising concepts and campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving attitude. As part of Ain’s collaborative team, you will work closely with graphic designers, marketing strategists, and project coordinators, reporting directly to the Ad Management Supervisor. This remote-eligible position offers a competitive salary of $35,000 per year.
