Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation. Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management to ensure a well-stocked workspace. Collaborate with team members on special projects, providing support to facilitate successful outcomes. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven multitasking abilities with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role is preferred. Preferred: Experience with office management tools and software that streamline workflow. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
