Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations including scheduling appointments and organizing physical and electronic files to optimize workflow. Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service that enhances client satisfaction. Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases, ensuring data integrity. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for team meetings and projects, supporting informed decision-making. Employ problem-solving skills to identify and resolve office process inefficiencies, improving overall productivity. Coordinate with team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on cross-functional projects. Maintain office supplies inventory, proactively placing orders to keep the office well-stocked and operational. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional education in administration or related fields is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients. Proficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Experience in customer service and data entry, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and propose actionable solutions. Familiarity with common office software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role is desirable. Preferred: Previous experience in a biotechnology or scientific environment.
