Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using clinic software to optimize daily operations and client satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate client and patient records with attention to detail. Support the veterinary team by preparing treatment areas and ensuring a clean, safe environment for pets and staff. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary professionals to facilitate smooth care delivery and follow-ups. Assist in maintaining social media presence and digital communications to engage the community and promote holistic health services. Contribute to problem-solving and critical thinking initiatives that improve clinic workflows and patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of holistic veterinary medicine and customer service excellence. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in veterinary medicine, retail, or customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in phone handling, appointment setting, and payment processing. Passion for animals and commitment to creating a safe, clean clinic environment. Team player with a personable and creative approach. Preferred: Experience or knowledge of holistic veterinary medicine. Veterinary technician skills or prior experience in veterinary clinical settings. Familiarity with social media management and computer skills.
