Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the LATAM affiliate marketing strategy from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify, attract, and manage key affiliate partners across Latin America to maximize player acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of affiliate managers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, player retention, and ROI; evaluate campaign performance and optimize partner programs accordingly.
- Manage budgets effectively to meet or exceed set KPIs while maximizing cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead of LATAM market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Report regularly to senior management on affiliate program performance and strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience as Head of Affiliates, Team Lead, or Senior Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success managing affiliate programs specifically in LATAM markets.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing models, tracking tools, and platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Cake, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
- KPI-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams.
- Familiarity with LATAM regulatory environments related to iGaming.
- Background in digital marketing or performance marketing beyond affiliate channels.
