Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring consistent communication and support to maximize engagement. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize strategies and achieve continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in Marketing or related fields preferred. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales with a focus on lead generation and affiliate marketing. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and software such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage partners effectively. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
