Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy multi-domain agentic workflows including research, coding, conversational, reasoning, scheduling, analytics, and automation agents.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from data ingestion, reasoning, and action-taking to evaluation and continuous monitoring.
• Develop multi-step autonomous agents capable of planning, context tracking, memory management, tool integration, and API orchestration.
• Architect scalable systems using modern agent stacks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build robust retrieval pipelines leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector embeddings, caching layers, and knowledge-grounding techniques.
• Integrate AI agents with external APIs, SaaS platforms, CRMs, internal databases, and messaging systems to enhance functionality.
• Deploy agents as microservices with observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and real-time monitoring.
• Optimize inference performance focusing on cost efficiency, latency reduction, accuracy improvement, and maximizing task completion rates.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience building and deploying at least two AI agents in production within the past 12 months.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent architectures, including multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
• Expertise with agent stacks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and custom orchestration frameworks.
• Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with microservices deployment.
• Experience integrating AI systems with external APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-velocity, agile environments with rapid MVP shipping.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of multimodal AI agents and domain-specific autonomous systems.
