We prefer experienced AC technicians, but if you are new to the field, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems following industry standards and safety regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various HVAC units. Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, repairs, and recommendations. Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and services provided. Collaborate with fellow technicians and support staff to enhance overall service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven skills and experience with HVAC systems, especially air conditioning. EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required. Proficient with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
