Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of aircraft mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to ensure full compliance with safety and airworthiness standards. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on wide-body and narrow-body aircraft, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency. Coordinate effectively with maintenance teams and operational staff to manage workflow and meet strict maintenance schedules. Document all maintenance activities, discrepancies, and corrective actions accurately in compliance with FAA and Transport Canada regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry safety protocols, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance maintenance quality. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing maintenance procedures and reducing turnaround times. Communicate clearly and professionally with engineering teams, pilots, and other departments to ensure seamless aircraft operations. What We're Looking For Required: Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with both wide-body and narrow-body aircraft. Strong troubleshooting skills and comprehensive understanding of aviation safety practices. Experience working with avionics systems and components. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment. Preferred: Familiarity with maintenance tracking software and diagnostic tools.
