Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections and troubleshoot aircraft systems to ensure safety and airworthiness. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, and avionics repair and service. Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and maintain operational schedules effectively. Document maintenance actions and discrepancies accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety protocols and industry standards. Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing maintenance processes and reducing downtime. Engage in effective communication with engineering staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Mandatory FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License. Strong troubleshooting skills and thorough understanding of safety practices. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with avionics systems and components. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance (preferred).
