Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor accounts payable invoices ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Track dropship orders and proactively follow up with vendors to resolve missing invoice issues, reducing payment delays by up to 15%.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to accurately classify and account for technology-related expenses, ensuring proper financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve past due amounts with suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships and minimizing outstanding balances.
• Generate and analyze “Received Not Invoiced” reports monthly to identify and rectify invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end close by tracking warehouse and dropship accruals, contributing to accurate financial statements.
• Manage fixed assets including tracking, creation, depreciation schedules, and reporting capital expenditure (CapEx) spend.
• Maintain effective communication with Supply Chain, Product Managers, Credit/Collections, and Customer Solutions to support seamless financial operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounts payable processes and enhance team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, invoice reconciliation, and fixed asset management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City and collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the technology or supply chain sectors.
• Familiarity with tech accounting and dropship order processing.
