Job description
Company is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team in Santa Tecla, La Libertad Department, El Salvador. This full-time remote position offers a competitive monthly salary of $700. Key Responsibilities: Make 200 - 250 outbound calls daily to assigned clients. Schedule 6 - 10 Zoom appointments per day for sales representatives. Work effectively in a team environment on Zoom (video on and unmuted). Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone. Follow up regularly with clients to ensure engagement. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions. Utilize CRM platforms to manage client data efficiently. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling. Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team setting.
