Develop and implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, share best practices, and address challenges. Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a management role. Proven skills in Team Management, Negotiation, and Time Management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams towards achieving strategic goals. Familiarity with relevant tools and software used for performance tracking and reporting. Experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory.
