Key Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized technical tasks efficiently. Conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality. Participate actively in training sessions and skill enhancement workshops. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong technical skills relevant to the Artisan role. 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical or artisan position preferred. The Artisan will work closely with a team of skilled tradespeople and report directly to the team lead or supervisor. Cross-department collaboration may be necessary to enhance technical operations. Common tools used include hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance systems pertinent to technical support environments.
