Alco Recursos y Servicios is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Advisor for Travel Agencies to join our team in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours. Manage and coordinate travel itineraries with accuracy and attention to detail. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing friendly assistance. Maintain and organize client records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to negotiate and secure the best options for clients. Resolve discrepancies or issues during the travel booking process efficiently. Support the development of marketing strategies to promote travel services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Degree in Travel and Tourism or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proactive problem-solving skills. Experience with travel booking software is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
