Associate Financial Advisor in Altamonte Springs, FL

Gestión Humana is seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Financial Advisor to join our team in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This full-time role is perfect for individuals aiming to build a long-term career in financial advising by supporting client meetings and developing client relationship management skills. 1. Client and Meeting Support Financial Data Management: Accurately input client financial data into planning software and maintain up-to-date client records. Meeting Preparation: Lead preparation for portfolio review meetings and assist the Primary Advisor with all client meeting preparations, ensuring all reports and documentation are ready. Meeting Participation: Attend select client meetings as secondary advisor, responsible for detailed note-taking, completing meeting dictations, and tracking and executing action items. Client Servicing: Manage and service "Servicing Only" clients, addressing routine administrative and service needs. Insurance & Applications: Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance cases and applications for clients. 2. Investment and Product Management Investment Research: Conduct product information gathering and preliminary analysis to support advisor recommendations. Operational Management: Manage Advisor-Owned-Entity (AOE) processes and related administrative workflows. 3. Professional Development and Relationship Building Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage a growing roster of client relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact. Team Participation: Actively contribute to team efforts and professional growth opportunities.
