Job description
General Description: Provide support in recording, controlling, and analyzing the institution's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current fiscal and accounting regulations. Requirements: Female, aged 25-35 years. Graduated with a mid-level degree in Accounting Technician; preferably a university student in Public Accounting or Business Administration. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (mandatory). Accustomed to working under pressure with goals and results. Empathetic and service-oriented. Resident near Zone 10, Guatemala City. Additional Requirements: Proactive and organized. Knowledge in accounting principles. Understanding of tax regulations. Experience with bank reconciliations.
