Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately following detailed blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency. Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, maintaining a defect rate below 1% to meet company quality standards. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks on schedule. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and operational guidelines. Document completed work accurately in production logs to support traceability and quality control. Meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles with a consistent schedule.
