Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in clinical trial or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish to support local client communications.
