Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise audit teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of internal and external audits. Develop and implement audit plans based on risk assessments and financial reporting standards. Review audit workpapers and reports for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical solutions to mitigate risks. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to gather necessary information and resolve audit issues. Train and mentor junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations. Monitor audit progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, financial reporting standards, and internal control systems. Proficiency in audit and accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and CaseWare. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in San Juan City. Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Prior experience supervising or leading audit teams. Familiarity with risk assessment procedures and regulatory compliance.
