Perform hot kitchen tasks ensuring compliance with quality standards. Receive and properly store kitchen supplies and products. Collaborate in creating new menus and recipes. Assist in supervising inventory management and orders. Work closely with the kitchen team to improve efficiency and customer service. Requirements and Preferences Education: Technical degree in Cooking. Experience in hot kitchen or similar culinary environment (minimum 2 years preferred). Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment usage.
