Azure Databricks Engineer (Python & Pyspark) - Hartford, CT

Role: Azure Databricks Engineer (Python & Pyspark) Location: Hartford, Connecticut or Branchville, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Rate: $70 per hour Primary Technical Skills Expertise in Azure Databricks, Pyspark, and Python programming Strong knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Server, and relational database systems Proficient in ETL concepts and hands-on coding experience Experience adhering to application development documentation best practices Skilled in conducting design and code reviews Secondary Technical Skills (Preferred) Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) platform and framework Experience working with XML and JSON data formats Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (PC) Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably JIRA Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills required for onsite collaboration Insurance domain knowledge is a plus Ability to effectively engage and work with client stakeholders This is a full-time onsite contract position based in Hartford, CT or Branchville, NJ. Candidates must be available to work onsite and have strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
