Backend Engineer Annotator

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend components and APIs that support scalable applications. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring optimal user experience. Optimize database performance by designing efficient schemas and maintaining data integrity across relational and non-relational databases. Implement containerization strategies using Docker to streamline deployment and improve system reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews and actively participate in team discussions to uphold coding best practices and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot backend performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities to maintain system robustness. Document engineering processes and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development roles. Strong proficiency in backend development, including API design and Docker containerization. Experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Preferred: Understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture. Experience in performance tuning and security best practices.
