Job description
Coca Cola is looking for a reliable and dedicated Bakkie Owner/Driver to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa . This contract role offers a competitive salary of ZAR 20,000 per month and the chance to work independently while playing a key role in our delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain your bakkie to ensure safe, timely transportation of goods. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines. Perform regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Communicate clearly with clients and team members about delivery status. Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. Follow all South African traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience. Strong knowledge of South African traffic laws and local routes. Excellent navigation and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and collaborate closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.
