Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations to maintain high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Design creative and innovative cocktail menus that reflect current trends and elevate the guest experience.
• Train and mentor bartenders in mixology techniques, customer service excellence, and effective sales strategies.
• Manage inventory control, order supplies timely, and monitor costs to ensure profitability and reduce waste.
