Key Responsibilities Source and recruit high-quality candidates for bench sales roles using job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, engaging prospects throughout the recruitment process. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and job specifics, ensuring alignment. Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles to management, highlighting skills and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to monitor performance and identify improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates effectively. Experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within IT staffing or technology sectors. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Proven record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
