Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish, providing real-time support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups, and case progress, ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges quickly, offering effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery metrics.
  • Focus on closing sales opportunities through persuasive communication and meeting monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Female candidates aged between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically cold calling.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level (advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Residency in Venezuela (essential).

  • Experience working with CRM platforms for customer and sales management.
  • Previous background in customer service or telemarketing environments.
