Key Responsibilities Lead guided horse tours, communicating fluently in English and Spanish. Educate visitors on the therapeutic benefits of horses and equine therapy techniques. Ensure safety and well-being of guests and horses throughout tours. Assist with horse preparation and grooming prior to tours. Maintain a friendly, engaging attitude when interacting with visitors. Collaborate with team members to improve tour quality and safety procedures. Gather and report guest feedback to enhance tour experiences. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Equine Therapy, or related field. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a guide or in a related role preferred. Knowledge of equine behavior and care is a plus.
