Bilingual Property Leasing Manager in Guatemala City

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bilingual Property/Leasing Manager to oversee property management and leasing operations in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This full-time role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental property operations including tenant relations, lease administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• Coordinate leasing activities such as marketing vacancies, screening applicants, and executing lease contracts.
• Supervise property maintenance and ensure prompt resolution of tenant maintenance requests.
• Maintain detailed records of property transactions and financials.
• Work closely with property owners to develop leasing strategies that maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance and market trends to stakeholders.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory.
• Experience with property management software and tools.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or real estate leasing.
• Strong knowledge of local zoning laws and property management regulations.

This position operates within a collaborative team environment, reporting to senior management and coordinating with maintenance and finance departments to ensure seamless property operations.
