Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor restaurant and bar staff, providing ongoing training to uphold exceptional service standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and special events to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships by monitoring stock levels and placing timely orders to minimize waste and control costs.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Certification in Restaurant Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
