Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant and bar staff, providing ongoing training to uphold exceptional service standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and special events to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Required:
