Key Responsibilities Manage sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate sales data and performance tracking. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for client meetings to support the sales team. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Organize travel, appointments, and meetings for the sales team efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support. Provide administrative assistance to enhance operational efficiency within the sales department. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced with CRM software and sales support tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in a bilingual environment. Knowledge of the local Cancun market is a plus.
