Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on wind turbine blades to maximize operational uptime and efficiency.
- Inspect blade surfaces and structural components using advanced diagnostic tools to identify wear, damage, or defects early.
- Execute repairs and replacements following strict safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to ensure turbine integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities minimizing downtime and optimizing resource use.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism during all field operations, contributing to a zero-incident work environment.

What We’re Looking For
