Towne U.S. is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment strategies. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and team input. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field. Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Proficiency with behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting clients and their families. You will report to a clinical supervisor or director, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to treatment and skill development.
