Required and Preferred Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal relationship abilities. In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) techniques. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
