Select Source International is hiring a skilled Boiler and Refrigeration Technician in Rochester, New York. Join our team to maintain and optimize refrigeration, boiler, and HVAC systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time role is essential to ensuring efficient heating and cooling operations across our facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler systems, refrigeration units, and HVAC equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot compressed air systems and steam generation equipment for peak performance. Accurately document all maintenance, repairs, and system performance data. Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to minimize downtime. Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler maintenance. Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and steam generation. Industry certifications such as EPA Section 608 Certification preferred. Proficiency with trade-specific tools and diagnostic equipment. Minimum of 3 years relevant field experience preferred.
