Segura Dynamic Dominicana is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This full-time role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial integrity. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by preparing detailed financial reports and assisting management with budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise financial records by recording daily financial transactions and completing posting processes.
• Reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting through detailed data analysis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
• Conduct regular audits of financial reports to identify and correct errors.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and management interaction.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
