Promote bank products and services tailored to customer requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for compliance and operational purposes. Train and support new staff on best practices in customer engagement. Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on customer service. Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or branch operations, preferably in banking or financial services. Proficiency with banking software and tools for account management. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves collaboration across departments including operations and sales to enhance customer experience and branch performance. Compensation: ₹17,800 per month
