PV Company is hiring a dedicated and skilled Bus Driver in Leeuwarden, Friesland, Netherlands. This full-time role is essential for providing safe, timely transportation to our community while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate buses safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for mechanical and safety issues; maintain bus cleanliness and readiness. Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns. Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts; adhere strictly to timetables. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members about route updates and passenger needs. Engage in ongoing training and safety briefings to enhance driving skills and customer service. Respond appropriately in emergency situations to ensure passenger and community safety. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred. Proven ability to drive and navigate large vehicles safely. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous bus driving experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
