Business Analyst Job in Waxhaw, NC at TekBricks

TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements including BRD and FRD. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate workshops. Prepare functional specifications and detailed user stories. Coordinate closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment. Perform gap analysis and impact analysis to support decision-making. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights. Required Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with databases and APIs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
