As a Business Analyst at TekBricks, you will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and management to analyze business processes, gather detailed requirements, and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate communication, align expectations, and validate requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories that guide development teams in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis to assess changes and their effects on existing systems and processes.
• Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation with excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel for project tracking and documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of databases and APIs is a plus.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CBAP or ECBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
