Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into detailed, actionable project plans that drive measurable results. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities within the Cancun and wider Mexican market. Collaborate creatively with company owners to brainstorm and pilot innovative business ideas and new revenue streams. Manage daily facility operations including opening and closing procedures to maintain a secure and professional office environment. Maintain and update essential company documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders. Support full-cycle talent acquisition efforts by drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Work alongside marketing and design teams to sustain and enhance the company’s social media presence and brand visibility. Utilize CRM systems and research tools effectively to support business development and client relationship management. What We're Looking For Required: Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with leadership and external partners. Proven experience in business support roles, market research, or strategy implementation (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong adaptability and creative thinking to solve problems and contribute to business innovation. Proficiency with research tools, CRM platforms, and social media management. Ability to work onsite full-time in Cancun, Mexico, with reliable local residency. Discretion and open communication skills to handle sensitive company information professionally.
