Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets within San Salvador and beyond.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and upselling efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met within established turnaround times.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum six months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
