Business Development Manager (Male) - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Emcus Technology Solutions is seeking a passionate Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT services sales to fuel our growth in the US and European markets. This role demands a sales professional with at least 5 years of experience selling outsourced software services, especially in open source and cloud-native technologies. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in IT Services Sales with a proven track record In-depth knowledge of open source and cloud-native technologies Expertise in offshore operations and selling outsourced software services to US and Europe clients Ability to work overlapping time zones comfortably Proven experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding sales executives Strong presentation skills throughout all deal phases Solution-based sales approach with pipeline management and forecasting skills Leadership qualities with experience managing sales teams Good communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Identify and engage potential clients in the US and Europe Negotiate contracts and terms with clients effectively Report progress and results to the Executive Board Develop and implement scalable sales processes and ensure team compliance Maintain deep understanding of customer needs and preferences Resolve escalated customer issues related to sales and service Lead and mentor sales representatives to maximize performance Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Remote eligible with overlapping US/Europe time zones) Join Emcus Technology Solutions and drive business growth by leveraging your IT sales expertise in global markets.
