Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the insurance and blockchain sectors to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
Lead negotiations and close strategic deals that align with Ensuro’s mission and growth objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify emerging trends.
Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and optimize business development efforts.
Represent Ensuro at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within insurance, fintech, or blockchain industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus given the Buenos Aires location.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Preferred:

Experience working with blockchain technology or decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
Familiarity with the Latin American insurance market and regulatory environment.
Background in strategic planning and project management.
