Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the global travel market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Optimize existing BI processes to improve efficiency and reporting speed, reducing turnaround time by at least 20%.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or travel sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report design.
  • Solid SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
