Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Develop detailed and strategic business plans aligned with company objectives and vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and facilitate project planning. Utilize creativity to develop unique solutions and innovative business models. Present business plans and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and adjust as needed. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance business strategy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Entrepreneurship or related field. Strong skills in strategic planning and market analysis. Proficient in creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development or strategic planning.
