Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely acquisition of materials, supplies, and equipment aligned with company needs.
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable order fulfillment.
Track and monitor orders, providing accurate status updates and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain supply chain continuity.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Proven experience (2+ years) in purchasing, procurement, or order processing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a track record of cost savings.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Effective communication skills in English and Spanish to liaise with local and international suppliers.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
