This position involves assisting clients, patients, and providers by addressing inquiries related to medical plans, billing, claims, and more. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to questions about health plans, benefits, eligibility, claims status, authorizations, and account information. Provide non-voice support such as email or chat assistance when required. Act as a liaison between members, providers, health plans, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Investigate and resolve escalations or complaints using company resources and escalate when necessary. Deliver accurate information to help customers understand and maximize their health plan benefits. Follow up proactively to update customers or providers on inquiry or request status. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills , especially when handling sensitive healthcare matters. Utilize internal systems and software efficiently to manage accounts and processes.
