Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations. Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complaints to management or relevant departments. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals. Requirements: Must reside within 20 kilometers of the San José office for on-site roles. Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
