We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in San José, Costa Rica, where fun meets results ! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls, emails, and other channels to update account information. Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable. Thoroughly review account status and customer information to understand inquiries and needs. Provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to resolve customer issues effectively. Overcome objections and escalate complaints to management or relevant departments as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals. Requirements: For on-site roles, candidates must live within 20 kilometers of the San José office. Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. What We Offer: Competitive salary of $950 per month. Full-time employment with a hybrid work model combining office presence and remote tasks.
