Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable business workflows using Camunda BPM to automate complex processes.
  • Create and maintain BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN models that align with business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Integrate Camunda workflows with backend systems via REST APIs and microservices architecture to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and deploy process-driven applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow executions and performance issues proactively, minimizing downtime and optimizing throughput.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate process requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in workflow optimization and automation to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Proven experience with the Camunda BPM Platform in designing and implementing business processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling standards.
  • Experience working with RESTful Web Services and integrating APIs.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Git, Maven, or Gradle.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
